The Picnic is open to the public and hosted by the Lakeshore Park Conservancy. Picnic meals for two will be sold online starting in mid-May and then delivered to the park on Picnic Day for you to enjoy. All picnic baskets include a meal for two to be picked up at the event between 6-7PM. You may also purchase a general admission ticket and pack your own picnic to bring with you. Children under 18 attend for free with parents who have purchased picnic baskets or tickets.

Beer, wine and other beverages will be available for purchase on site.

Upgrade your Summer Picnic! Purchase a VIP package that includes a picnic blanket, Janet Harper pottery vase with fresh flowers, choice of wine, and other great picnic swag.

The Summer Picnic will be held on the HGTV Overlook. You may park in any parking lot.

Yes. All sales are online – you may buy a ticket, a picnic basket or a picnic VIP to gain entry to the event.

Should we need to cancel the Picnic due to hazardous weather, we will inform you via email ASAP. In the case of a cancellation, baskets will still be available for pick-up on June 18th from 6-7pm, to be enjoyed at home.

Guests are welcome to bring their own spread. Please do not bring any glass containers into the park.

No. Due to state regulations, guests may not bring outside alcohol to the event. Beer and wine will be available for sale on site, where all sales benefit the Conservancy. Guests may bring their own non-alcoholic beverages.

No. All basket purchases will be sold in advance and delivered to the park on Picnic Day. There will be no food available for sale at the event.

If you purchased a basket, you may pick it up between 6-7PM on Saturday, June 18th on the Main Lawn of the HGTV Overlook. Please bring your ID and a copy of your confirmation email (either printed or loaded on your phone). Baskets are non-refundable and cannot be held past 7:00 PM.

Yes. Dogs are welcome (on leash please).
